主な活動内容

当社では、毎朝のKY活動（危険予知ミーティング）と月例安全パトロールを中心に、安全意識の向上と現場改善を継続的に行っています。新規入場者教育や職長・安全衛生責任者教育などの社内研修に加え、第三者機関による資格講習への積極的な参加も推進。品質面では、工種ごとの施工チェックリスト運用、写真・記録によるトレーサビリティの確保、完了後の社内検査フローを整備し、「見える化」された管理で、安定した施工品質を実現しています。
